Every project starts with a design of some sort. It may be on a napkin or a piece of scratch paper or possibly only in your head. At Kipp Goodwiler, Inc. we are comfortable with all notions. We will work with your designer/architect or design a project with you and our design and development team.
We can provide our clients with help in selecting paint colors, granite selections, tile choices, lighting/plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc., or present you with a complete design layout for your home.
Our primary design concepts, layout, and structural detail, are created on various versions of Chief Architect. This computer assisted drafting program is the easiest way to convey the plan and edit it without redrawing the entire print. This format also allows for 3-D drafting and graphics allowing our clients a complete visual of the project before we even break ground or tear out a cabinet.
